Wonga Camping Area is at the southern end of Wyperfeld National Park. Enjoy the privacy of this large campground with plenty of space and facilities for large or small groups. Set up your camp and go on a walk or scenic drive and enjoy the park's unique variety of plants and animals.
Each campsite has a fireplace with grill plates and there are plenty of shared picnic tables.
Individual campsites cannot be reserved, please select your campsite(s) within the campground on arrival.
Advanced bookings and payment are required year-round. Each campsite holds a maximum of six people. Please book multiple sites for bookings of more than six people.
Bring your own drinking water and firewood or barbecue coals. Firewood collection is not permitted around the campground.
Limited phone reception in the park is a great excuse to switch off and enjoy nature. The Visitor Centre is the best place to start your adventures, with displays showcasing the park's diverse plants and animals and information about interesting features and activities in the region.

Directions
Wyperfeld National Park is 450km north-west of Melbourne. A sealed road provides access to the main Wonga camping/picnic ground from Hopetoun or Rainbow. Accessible by 2WD.
Cancellation Policy
30 days or more prior notice to the booking arrival date, 50% of the applicable fees per night will be forfeited. Less than 30 days prior notice to the booking arrival date, 100% of the applicable fees per night will be forfeited. All bookings and payments are non-transferable to another party/person. Camping date transfers may be made up to 2 days prior to arrival depending on availability. Accommodation date transfers may be made up to 7 days prior to arrival depending on availability. Booking cancellations and date transfers can be completed via the Manage My Booking link in your reservation confirmation email.
