Pitch a tent or park a caravan or campervan at one of 20 unpowered sites nestled among vegetation. Campsites can accommodate up to six people per site. Bookings are required year-round.

A picnic shelter, tables, BBQs and fireplaces are scattered among the campground. Toilets are also available. Remember to bring your own firewood.

Take a short walk to Lake Victoria and stroll along the sandy shores or go for a swim. Set off in a kayak or canoe to explore the inland waterways.

Directions

The Lakes National Park is in East Gippsland about 300km east of Melbourne. The park is at the eastern end of Loch Sport, 63km east of Sale. There is boat access from Paynesville.

Cancellation Policy

30 days or more prior notice to the booking arrival date, 50% of the applicable fees per night will be forfeited. Less than 30 days prior notice to the booking arrival date, 100% of the applicable fees per night will be forfeited. All bookings and payments are non-transferable to another party/person. Camping date transfers may be made up to 2 days prior to arrival depending on availability. Accommodation date transfers may be made up to 7 days prior to arrival depending on availability. Booking cancellations and date transfers can be completed via the Manage My Booking link in your reservation confirmation email.
