PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Underground tours run daily at 11.30am and 2.00pm. Additional tours run during school holidays (subject to availability). The guided tour is 60-90 minutes in length. Check-in for the tour is 30 minutes prior to the tour start time, in the Visitor's Centre.

The tour is a walking tour, including a steep walk into and out of the mine, approximately 300m each way. Total walking distance is 1-1.5km. Participants must have a moderate level of fitness and not suffer from any major health conditions (heart or lung disease, acute musculoskeletal injuries etc.). No mobility aids are accepted.

Flat, closed toe shoes (eg. sneakers) and the provided safety helmet are required to be worn during the tour .

Children must be 5 years or older to participate in the tour, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Dogs are not permitted on the tour.

Tickets are available to purchase online in advance. If the desired timeslot does not show, the tour is fully booked. Please choose another time or date.
