Details
Camp on the coast at this quiet and secluded location where the tranquil waters of Lake Mombeong beckon.
Relax with a quiet paddle in canoe or kayak on the lake looking for waterbirds or walk to a lookout with views all around.
There is a small pier accessing the lake only a small walk from the campground.
Campfires are only allowed in the designated fireplaces provided. Supply your own firewood - firewood collection around the campground is not permitted.
Lake water is available but is not suitable for drinking - supply your own.

Lake Mombeong is in south-west Victoria between Portland and Nelson adjoining the SA border, about 420kms from Melbourne and 490kms from Adelaide. From the Portland - Nelson Road, turn south at Lake Mombeong Road and then follow the track to the campground.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund: if you cancel 30 days or more before the first day of your trip.
50% refund: if you cancel 8 to 29 days before the first day of your trip.
Cancellations made within 8 days of your arrival/start date are non-refundable.

Bookings can be transferred to another date, location, or campground (subject to availability) prior to 48 hours of arrival for camping (only) and prior to 7 days of arrival for accommodation. No refund is available on these modified bookings.
All bookings and payments are non-transferable to another party/person.
