Just south of Eildon township, the Jerusalem Creek Camping area is set amongst tall eucalypt trees on the southern edge of Lake Eildon. The eight unpowered campgrounds offer basic, dog-friendly camping options with a nearby boat ramp giving access to the scenic lake.

Fireplaces and non-flush toilets provided. Boat hire is located nearby. Dogs are permitted on leash in the camping area.

Directions

Lake Eildon National Park is a two hour drive north-east of Melbourne and is accessed by following the Eastern Freeway towards Maroondah Highway. Drive towards Taggerty and just before reaching the township, turn onto the Taggerty-Thornton Road, heading towards Thornton. From there, the Goulburn Valley Highway will lead you to the township of Eildon and the entrance to the National Park. The eight Jerusalem Creek Camping areas are located approx. 10km east of Eildon, along Jerusalem Creek Road.

100% refund: if you cancel 30 days or more before the first day of your trip.
50% refund: if you cancel 8 to 29 days before the first day of your trip.
Cancellations made within 8 days of your arrival/start date are non-refundable.

Bookings can be transferred to another date, location, or campground (subject to availability) prior to 48 hours of arrival for camping (only) and prior to 7 days of arrival for accommodation. No refund is available on these modified bookings.
