The Parks Victoira Cape Conran Office is open daily 10am - 3pm. A range of items are available to purchase including ice, gas and firewood. Nearby Marlo (17km) has fuel and basic convenience supplies. Orbost (34kms) has fuel, supermarket, chemist, medical and veterinary services.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed at Cape Conran Accommodation.

Directions
Cape Conran Coastal Park is approximately 5-hours drive east of Melbourne. To access Cape Conran Accommodation and Banksia Bluff Campground follow the Princes Highway East before turning onto Marlo Road at Orbost. At Marlo, turn onto Marlo-Conran Road which leads directly to Banksia Bluff Campground.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund: if you cancel 30 days or more before the first day of your trip.
50% refund: if you cancel 8 to 29 days before the first day of your trip.
Cancellations made within 8 days of your arrival/start date are non-refundable.
Bookings can be modified (transferred to another date, location, or campground), subject to availability, up to your check-in time for camping (only) and prior to 7 days of arrival for accommodation by clicking the ‘Manage My Booking’ link in your confirmation email at no charge:
-If the balance for the new booking is higher, an additional charge will be required.
-If the balance for the new booking is less, no refund will be made, in accordance with the cancellation policy.
-No refund is available on transfers.
All bookings and payments are non-transferable to another party/person.
